Bandwidth If your bandwidth reaches the point where it has an adverse affect on other clients we reserve the right to disable your site until you can reduce your bandwidth usage. Each account includes a nominated amount of bandwidth, if you use more than this amount then you agree to pay for this bandwidth at a rate of 0.05p per 1MB of usage. 
 
Telnet . Telnet shell accounts are made available for editing and setting up your web site. It is not a development platform for issues unrelated to your website. You must not leave your home directory at any time. You must not attempt to gain the privileges of another user. Interfering with the following files will result in your telnet access being removed - .bash_history - .bash_logout - .bash_profile - .bashrc.

We do not allow Adult, Warez or any content which is illegal. You may not store more data in your account than you have been allocated without prior agreement. Your account (inc FTP and Telnet access) is for your personal/ business use only. You must not divulge the password to any other person, and you should take reasonable precautions to ensure that it is not discovered by other people. 

Cancellation. If you cancel your account, this will take affect from the renewal date (next payment) we do not give any refunds. Data stored on our servers is not guaranteed to be backed up. It is recommended that you keep an independent backup of Important data. You may not run server processes (e.g. talkers/IRC Bots) from your login account. Any SLA or maintenance agreement may precede this cancellation statement.

Data and Loss. We shall not be held liable for any loss or damages caused by the use, misuse, unavailability or removal of services. We reserve the right to cancel your account at any time without any prior notice. When your account is closed, all files (including web pages, etc..) will be deleted. 
To protect your privacy we never distribute your name or e-mail address to any third parties without your permission. Users must not participate in any form of un-solicited bulk e-mailing or spam. By logging into your account, or uploading files to it, you are indicating your acceptance of these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to amend and update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Four weeks before your renewal date we will send you an invoice for the next years hosting. We always aim to provide you with a competitive price but, we reserve the right to adjust our prices inline with current market trends. We will give you prior notice of any price changes. Upon placing your order with us you have entered into a contract for a one year period and the fee is non-refundable.
